Situated within the Department of Nursing at the University of Melbourne and funded by the Wellbeing, Integrated Care and Ageing Division of the Victorian State Government's Department of Health, the SCCV project will also be working closely with the following partner organisations to help implement the Victorian Government’s supportive care policy:
